Ana Cruz Pereira

Ana Cruz Pereira is Marketing and Sales Strategy Director at Adalberto Textile Solutions, the family-owned manufacturer founded in 1969 that supplies the global luxury industry from northern Portugal and is working towards carbon neutrality by 2030. She joined in 2024 as Marketing and Communications Director and now leads brand development and commercial strategy across a 400-person business, having implemented its Salesforce CRM to connect marketing and sales. She came to textiles through cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and luxury fashion — five years at Alès Groupe, four at Grupo Barreiros — and spent three years as COO and Marketing Strategy lead at Happyfact. She holds an MBA from Porto Business School.
