Beatriz Almeida is Founder and CEO of AUGE, the Shopify growth studio she started in 2020 and has spent six years building into a Shopify Select Partner working with fashion and lifestyle brands across Portugal, Spain, the UK and the US. She built AUGE on a deliberate method — a deep audit, then a focused sprint, then continuous partnership — with every decision tied to revenue per visitor, conversion and average order value rather than to guesswork. She sits on the board of ANJE, Portugal's national young entrepreneurs association, co-organises Coimbra Founders Night, and writes about ecommerce, CRO and what building a company actually involves.
