Joana Frazão

Joana Frazão is Human Resources Director at Fravizel Engineering, a Portuguese engineering and metalworking company. She holds a degree and a master's in Social and Organisational Psychology, a master's in Investment Strategy and Internationalisation, and a PhD in Management with a specialisation in Strategy. Throughout her career she has combined people management with teaching and association work, having lectured at several higher education institutions and served as Secretary-General of the Portugal–Mozambique Chamber of Commerce. Her work centres on people management and organisational development in an industrial context.
