Lilia Stoyanov

Lilia Stoyanov is on track to build the UK's first bootstrapped, woman-led unicorn, growing Transformify (TFY) from a self-funded startup into a global workforce technology platform now valued north of $1 billion by industry benchmarks, without ever raising venture capital. She built an AI-powered global recruitment and workforce platform now operating in over 180 countries, while studying Corporate Strategy at Oxford's Saïd Business School, after watching skilled employees lose their jobs to automation during corporate restructuring. Also an angel investor and board advisor, before entrepreneurship, she held senior corporate finance roles, including CFO / General Manager at payments company Skrill (Paysafe), and Director of Procurement-to-Pay at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where she led a working-capital initiative.
