Norberto Amaral

Norberto Amaral is Managing Partner at Cultiv, a consultancy specialising in communication, creativity, innovation and event production. He is the author of "Impacto – Como Comunicar em Público" (Penguin Random House, 2019), which distils his extensive experience coaching public speaking and presentations. He leads and organises TEDxPorto, Portugal's largest TEDx event, bringing some of the city's — and the world's — best ideas to a stage in Porto. He has organised and spoken at more than 280 events across TEDx, Ignite, speech contests, creative sessions and strategic workshops. A Toastmaster since 2011, he reached Distinguished Toastmaster, the organisation's highest rank, in 2017, was elected Toastmaster of the Year in 2022, and currently serves as Immediate Past District Director of District 107 (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Gibraltar, Andorra and Algeria).
