Pedro Vaz Carvalho

Pedro has 15 years of experience in M&A, private equity and strategic advisory, having led complex transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Previously, he served as CFO of the Portuguese technology company Bizay and currently leads M&A origination and management at Prismore Capital. He holds a degree in Economics and an International Master's in Finance from Universidade Católica in Lisbon.
