Naturally curious and people-first, Sofia founded a remote agency at 24 and ran it for five years across three continents, working with clients in USA, UK, Canada, the UAE, Sweden, Finland and Germany. Today she's a Fractional Head of Growth for B2B SaaS startups across EU markets, grounding every decision in data, experimentation and a genuine obsession with consumer behaviour. She speaks five languages and has worked in industries such as Health, Tech, Fashion, Sports and even Travel. She's also the co-founder of W35, a community on a mission to back one million young and first-time women founders from startup to scaleup. As a Board Member at ANJE, Portugal's national young entrepreneurs association, she focuses on young entrepreneurship and how it connects with startups, tech and SMEs, while advocating for women entrepreneurs, where she believes what's missing most are role models.
